Lisa Bayer
Lisa Bayer is a veteran New York talent manager with more than 15 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, she has helped book over 10,000 paid acting and modeling jobs and managed more than 30,000 casting opportunities, connecting talent with leading casting directors, production companies, brands, and agencies.
Dedicated to developing successful careers, Lisa specializes in representing actors and models while helping them avoid industry scams and connect with legitimate opportunities through trusted industry relationships, education, and professional guidance.

Vaughn Stewart
Vaughn began his career in New York City as a Ford Model, gaining firsthand experience in the fashion industry before expanding into acting, screenwriting, music, photography, publishing, and talent development. He later wrote for Paramount, produced and wrote songs for Motown, Columbia Records, and Warner Chappell, and built a multifaceted career spanning the entertainment industry.Today, Vaughn is the Editor-in-Chief of Cool America Magazine, where he showcases emerging and established talent in fashion, entertainment, and the arts. Throughout his career, he has coached aspiring models, photographed celebrities, and helped performers develop professional portfolios, strengthen their personal brands, and secure agency representation.Vaughn is dedicated to managing talent through Unique Talent Management alongside his business partner, Lisa Bayer, while educating the next generation of print models, commercial models, actors and talent through workshops and coaching offered by the Unique Model and Talent Network founded by Lisa Bayer.
Erin Leigh Peck
Erin is a New York-based actor with over forty years of professional experience spanning Broadway, Off-Broadway, television, and film. Most recently, she has guest starred on television series including Billions, FBI, Blue Bloods, and Superfakes. She has appeared on and Off Broadway in productions that include Grease, The Toxic Avenger Musical, I Love You – You’re Perfect – Now Change, and Disenchanted. In addition to her work as a performer, Erin coaches professional actors and teaches acting and audition technique, helping performers develop authentic, emotionally truthful work for both the stage and camera.
